In the unlikely event that you have not received your order in the stated delivery timeframe, as a first port of call, please check the tracking information supplied to you at the time of dispatch to understand whether the shipment has been held up by the courier due to issues such as an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt.
The courier tracking says that my order has been delivered but I haven't received it.
If the tracking information states that the order has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check with your neighbours, adjacent premises, or any safe spaces where the parcel may be left. The courier will usually supply a photo of the delivery location once the delivery has been made.
If you are still unable to locate the parcel, please contact us as soon as you can, and within 7 days of the expected delivery date for us to open an investigation with the courier firm.
