Yes you can choose to do this. 

The threshold can be cut with a hacksaw or sharp knife and therefore you can order a longer length and use it to seal multiple doors. 

Please make sure you order enough length. If you have two doors, both 8 feet wide, you should order an 18 foot length to ensure you have enough material to notch around the tracks.
