My order is wrong/missing itemsUpdated 10 months ago

If items are damaged or different from what you have ordered please contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to help and correct any mistakes.

If items are missing from your order please check your tracking information as a first port of call. When you order multiple items we aim to dispatch them all in one shipment but sometimes this may not be possible and the courier may deliver some items separately.
