Refunds for returned items are usually processed within 1-2 working days of receipt of the items, but can sometimes take a little longer.

Once your item is returned it will be processed in our warehouse before being authorised for a refund to be processed.

If you have not received your refund within 7 days please contact us.

Please note: refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method.
