Can I change or cancel my order?Updated 3 months ago

If you realise you need to amend your order after it is placed, whether it be to change your shipping address or add or remove items from your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes where possible.

Provided your order has not left our warehouse we should be able to make amends to the address information. If you need to add or remove items from your order, this will usually involve cancelling the original order allowing you to re-place a new order for the correct items.

Please note we aim to dispatch all orders on the same day so it may not always be possible to amend an order.
